Join a Leader Huddle

NEW! Curated & Facilitated Peer Groups for Leaders

We facilitate peer groups of leaders, meeting on a consistent basis through online, interactive meetings, focused on mutual learning and growth, support and encouragement.

We call them "Leader Huddles."

Why Join a Leader Huddle

  • Learn and Grow - Engage in conversations over essential topics related to the challenges you face and get support for growing critical leadership habits and skills, alongside your peers.
  • Connection and Camaraderie - Connect with a carefully selected group of peers in a facilitated, moderated, confidential, respectful environment. We walk together as a community of leaders who all want to learn and grow.
  • Support and Encouragement - Leadership is a struggle, but you don’t have to go it alone. Have the crucial conversations about the challenges you face and get perspectives, feedback and vital support you need.

Who Are Huddles For

Leader Huddles are designed and ideal for:

  • CEOs
  • Nonprofit Executive Directors
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Team Leads
  • New Leaders

We'll place you in a Huddle group appropriate to your season of leadership.

How Leader Huddles Work

Leader Huddles are peer groups of 4-8 leaders, led by an experienced Leader who serves as the group’s Coach-Facilitator.

We believe time is our most valuable asset; with respect for everyone, Leader Huddles are structured as follows:

  • Each monthly 90-minute meeting starts promptly with roundtable updates from Huddle members, allowing time for each person to share what challenges they are facing and successes we can celebrate together.
  • Then, we dive into a topical discussion on a pressing issue for leaders, chosen by your coach-facilitator.
  • Next, based on member feedback, we pick a current pressing challenge someone is facing, and share parallel experiences and perspectives, for application. Everyone can learn from hearing the challenges of your peers and the experiences from other group members.
  • Lastly, we adjourn promptly so you can get back to the task of leadership.

Expectations of Huddle Members

  • Trust and Respect - no matter how much experience or success we've had, we treat each other as peers
  • Confidentiality - what's said in our Huddles stays in our huddles. Period.
  • Share Experiences Over Advice - during discussions, think first of sharing parallel and concrete experiences of your own before handing out advice to others.
  • Show Up & Participate - minimize distractions in order to protect this sacred time and space, come with an open mind, and be ready to share challenges and struggles you're facing, things you're learning as well as offering your experiences to others.
  • Carry Your Own Bags - we prepare for, organize and handle logistics and scheduling of meetings ... but what you put in to the group is what you get out of it, no one else will do the work for you.

When Are Leader Huddles
